City will Reenact Vehicle Tax Sanction Deletion

From Monday (11/20) to December 20, 2017, Jakarta Provincial Government will reenact administrative sanction deletion for vehicle tax (PKB) and vehicle-ownership transfer fees (BBNKB).

We will intensify vehicle control both on the road and door-to-door

Jakarta Tax and Local Retribution Board (BPRD) Head, Edy Sumantri said, this policy is reenacted to encourage taxpayers fulfill their obligation. In the same time, his side will cooperate with policy to intensify vehicle control.

"We will intensify vehicle control both on the road and door-to-door," he said, Monday (11/20).

Motor Vehicle Tax Revenue Has Reached Rp 5.19 T

He explained, PKB and BBN revenue per day in average reaches around Rp 48 billion. Through this policy, tax revenue is targeted to reach Rp 1 trillion until December.

"If road user is netted, there will be no sanction deletion. Moreover, road user could be sanctioned up to 48 percent," he closed.
